Alison Li is a licensed REALTOR®, real estate investor, and the fifth Team Partner to join Luxe Home Team at 1st Knock Realty. Serving Greater Boston and surrounding Massachusetts communities, she specializes in residential and luxury real estate, investment properties, and off-market opportunities, combining personalized guidance with a practical understanding of long-term value.

Alison has called Boston home for more than 15 years, beginning with her studies at Northeastern University. An MBA graduate and former project manager for a Waltham consulting firm, she brings business insight, organization, and local knowledge to her real estate practice. After buying and selling properties of her own, she transitioned into real estate sales in 2020, turning her personal experience into a career helping others navigate the market.

Before entering real estate, Alison spent more than a decade in education consulting, helping international families navigate private school and university admissions in the United States. Her background gives her a thoughtful understanding of the many considerations involved in relocating and establishing a home. Her experience managing construction and renovation projects also helps clients evaluate a property’s possibilities, whether purchasing a primary residence or exploring an investment.

Alison joins a team with an established record of national recognition.
