Meet Bonnie Lai

Bonnie Lai is a trilingual real estate agent (Cantonese, Mandarin & English) with an extensive real estate network, consistently ranked among the top agents companywide, locally, and nationally. Her well-rounded expertise helps domestic and international clients succeed across Greater Boston, including but not limited to South Shore, North Shore, and Metro West. As a CRS designee, specialist in first-time home buying, short sales, foreclosures, probate, and divorce residential real estate, Bonnie puts her clients at the strongest positions possible to obtain the best outcomes by sharing current market trends, strategic guidance, and realistic expectations.

Since 2021, Bonnie has been featured as a Top Boston Real Estate Producer in Boston Magazine and appeared on the cover of Massachusetts Top Agent Magazine in October 2022. She has ranked as the #1 agent in her RE/MAX office from 2020-2025 and was a Top 1% RE/MAX Producer in New England. Starting in 2021, she has since earned REAL TRENDS America’s Best Top 1.5% Individual Professionals by Volume and Transaction Sides. Her other achievements include the RE/MAX Hall of Fame (2020), RE/MAX National Torchbearer 40 Under 40 (2020), AREAA A-List Top 100 Producers since 2018, and the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award (2024).

In 2024, Bonnie founded the LUXE HOME TEAM with partners Bee Yeo and Charlie Fang. In the first year, the team earned the RE/MAX Titan Club Award, AREAA A-List Top Teams, REAL TRENDS America’s Best Top 1.5% Small Team, and recognition in Boston Magazine. In 2025, Rate My Agent ranked LUXE HOME TEAM #7 in the U.S. and Team of the Year in New England. That same year, the team welcomed its fourth partner, Maria Demarco. In 2026, Bonnie has become the founding parnter of 1st Knock Realty, and the company is supported by SIDE Real Estate. Luxe Home Team is now currently rebranded under 1st Knock Realty as well.

Bonnie is deeply committed to community work and teaches first-time homebuyer classes for ACDC and MAHA. She served as the 2023 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Greater Boston/Central and was the 2019 Vice President of AREAA Boston. She is a 2024–2025 Board Member for GBAR and chair of the 2024 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. In 2025, she joined the Board of Directors for GBREB and the advisory boards for AREAA Boston and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Greater Boston. In 2026-2027 Bonnie serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. Nationally, she has contributed to AREAA through the Chapter Development, A-List, and Luxury Committees.
