Meet Charlie Fang

Charlie Fang is bilingual (Cantonese, English) real estate agent who holds multiple certifications and designations, such as the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), At Home with Diversity® (AHWD), GREEN, Luxury Home Certification (LHC), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). With an additional background in construction and investment analysis, he brings along the necessary skill sets to go above and beyond for his clients.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Charlie was in financial services for 15 years and leverages his extensive background to offer a unique perspective and high level of expertise and dedication to deliver exceptional results for his clients. With a remarkable ability to adapt quickly in any situation, Charlie excels in managing complex projects and overcoming challenges while his strong interpersonal, creative, organizational, and communication skills enable him to connect with clients and colleagues alike, building lasting relationships rooted in trust and reliability.

Currently serving as a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for the Boston Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Charlie is passionate in his commitment about contributing to the organization’s mission and enjoys actively giving back to the local community and supporting real estate industry growth.
