Meet Maria DeMarco

Maria DeMarco brings a unique blend of international expertise, deep community knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people find their perfect home. Having lived in the Boston, Chestnut Hill, and Brookline area for more than three decades, Maria knows the neighborhoods, schools, and local culture inside and out. She has raised two children here, both of whom attended The Park School, Roxbury Latin, and The Winsor School, and she is well-versed in both the private and public school systems as well as the rich extracurricular opportunities available for families in the area.

Maria is also a lifelong athlete and avid tennis competitor, active in tennis communities throughout New England. In addition to competing, she proudly serves as the Varsity Tennis Coach at The Winsor School, where she shares her love of the sport with the next generation of athletes. Her children are also high-level tennis players who have thrived while growing up in this community.

Before turning her focus to real estate, Maria built a successful career in international management consulting, working across Europe in multiple industries. She is completely fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and help them feel at home every step of the way.
