$7,500/month

Set above a shingled storefront on one of Nantucket's cobblestone streets, this exquisitely renovated two-bedroom residence pairs historic town character with crisp, considered design. A private exterior staircase leads to a sun-washed living level where cathedral ceilings, a clerestory window, and a sculptural chandelier define the space. Wide-plank white oak runs throughout. The open Chef’s Kitchen centers on a quartz island with seating for three, supported by integrated appliances, 5-Burner range, a microwave drawer, open shelving, and brushed brass hardware. Under-cabinet lighting warms a textured tile backsplash, while a cane-front panel adds a tailored note. The primary bedroom sits beneath a faceted ceiling and is wrapped in windows overlooking tree canopy and neighboring rooflines. A second bedroom features a full wall of built-in shelving. The bath is a highlight: green marble underfoot, a frameless glass shower clad floor to ceiling in patterned stone, rain and handheld fixtures, and a sage vanity appointed in polished nickel. Washer and dryer in-unit make this the ultimate in-town retreat. This is a short term rental. Not available June 1 - Sept 13 2027
