Are you searching for a serene naturescape to build your dream home? This 45,302 square foot lot on Nel Bonney Road in Plympton sits on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by privacy and is ready for your plans. The lot has already been perk tested and passed for a four bedroom home septic system. There is also an existing well of unknown age that was present when the current owners purchased the land. Town hall has approved a preliminary residential zoning permit for a single family dwelling of 26 by 72 feet with a height of 30 feet. See attachments for details. The engineer has prepared a rough layout for a 46 by 28 foot home with four bedrooms, a 26 by 26 foot garage, and a large front porch. This plan was used to obtain the preliminary residential zoning permit. The new buyer can move forward with that drawing and submit full plans to the town for a building permit or design their own home. The land slopes gently from the road to the rear, making it an excellent building site with reduced concern for water issues. The majority of the lot is in Plympton with the front edge in Carver. Annasnappet Brook runs just behind the property, creating a true nature lover’s setting. Current abutting owners have enjoyed watching owls learn to fly and deer raise their fawns across this land. Route 44 is minutes away, providing quick access to major highways, Walmart, Colony Place, downtown Plymouth, and everything else the South Shore offers. Stop building that vision board and start building the house.
